How a house goes up
From the first visit to the keys, one team the whole way.
From your initial inquiry, our consultant will visit you and quickly determine the feasibility of your plans. Your specific requirements will be discussed with you and advice given on the most suitable extension for your property. Within 7 days you will receive a full specification and fixed price quotation.

Survey & design
Our consultant visits, determines the feasibility of your plans and discusses your requirements.
Stage 2 of 5
Groundworks
Our own groundworks team, not a subcontractor: the plot cleared, the foundations in.
Stage 3 of 5
Walls up
Full-time bricklayers of our own. The shell rises on the footings.

The roof on
Our roofers take over: trusses, then slates or tiles, and the leadwork.
Stage 5 of 5
Commissioned
Finished, and handed over with the NHBC 10-year warranty.
